Hazrat Ali (R.A) said that a person who is forced to give divorce, then his divorce is not valid.

حضرت علی (رض) فرماتے ہیں کہ طلاق کے لیے مجبور کئے گئے شخص کی طلاق نہیں ہوتی۔

Hazrat Ali (RA) farmate hain keh talaq ke liye majboor kiye gaye shakhs ki talaq nahi hoti.

حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرٍ قَالَ : نا يَزِيدُ بْنُ هَارُونَ ، وَوَكِيعٌ ، عَنْ حَمَّادِ بْنِ سَلَمَةَ ، عَنْ حُمَيْدٍ ، عَنِ الْحَسَنِ ، عَنْ عَلِيٍّ ، « أَنَّهُ كَانَ لَا يَرَى طَلَاقَ الْمُكْرَهِ شَيْئًا »
