كِتَابُ الطَّلَاقِ What they said about the man who places the matter of his wife in her own hands and she divorces herself.
مَا قَالُوا: فِي الرَّجُلِ يَجْعَلُ أَمْرَ امْرَأَتِهِ بِيَدِهَا فَتُطَلِّقُ نَفْسَهَا

Hazrat Ibn Abbas (R.A) said that if a woman is given the right to choose, then her decision will be final and binding.
حضرت ابن عباس (رض) فرماتے ہیں کہ اختیار دیئے جانے کی صورت میں جو فیصلہ بیوی کرے وہی نافذ ہوگا۔
Hazrat Ibn Abbas (RA) farmate hain keh ikhtiyar diye jane ki soorat mein jo faisla biwi kare wohi nafiz hoga.
حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرٍ قَالَ : نا ابْنُ أَبِي زَائِدَةَ ، وَعَلِيُّ بْنُ هَاشِمٍ ، عَنِ ابْنِ أَبِي لَيْلَى ، عَنِ الْحَكَمِ ، عَنْ مِقْسَمٍ ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ قَالَ : « الْقَضَاءُ مَا قَضَتْ »
