كِتَابُ الطَّلَاقِ What they said about the man who places the matter of his wife in her own hands and she divorces herself.
مَا قَالُوا: فِي الرَّجُلِ يَجْعَلُ أَمْرَ امْرَأَتِهِ بِيَدِهَا فَتُطَلِّقُ نَفْسَهَا

Hazrat Saeed bin Musayyab (may Allah be pleased with him) said that if a woman is given the right to choose, then the decision she makes will be considered valid and binding.
حضرت سعید بن مسیب (رض) فرماتے ہیں کہ اختیار دیئے جانے کی صورت میں جو فیصلہ بیوی کرے وہی نافذ ہوگا۔
Hazrat Saeed bin Musayyab (RA) farmate hain ke ikhtiyar diye jane ki soorat mein jo faisla biwi kare wohi nafiz hoga.
حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرٍ قَالَ : نا وَكِيعٌ ، عَنْ هِشَامٍ ، عَنْ قَتَادَةَ ، عَنِ ابْنِ الْمُسَيِّبِ ، قَالَ : « الْقَضَاءُ مَا قَضَتْ »
