١٤-
كِتَابُ الطَّلَاقِ Concerning the man who permits his slave to marry, who said: The divorce is in the hands of the slave.
فِي الرَّجُلِ يَأْذَنُ لِعَبْدِهِ فِي النِّكَاحِ، مَنْ قَالَ: الطَّلَاقُ بِيَدِ الْعَبْدِ

Hazrat Hassan (R.A) said that if a slave marries with the permission of his master, then the slave will have the right to divorce. If he wants, he can divorce, and if he wants, he can stay married.
حضرت حسن (رض) فرماتے ہیں کہ غلام نے اپنے آقا کی اجازت سے شادی کی تو طلاق کا اختیار غلام کو ہوگا، اگر چاہے تو طلاق دے اور اگر چاہے تو روکے رکھے۔
Hazrat Hassan (RA) farmate hain ke ghulam ne apne aqa ki ijazat se shadi ki to talaq ka ikhtiyar ghulam ko hoga, agar chahe to talaq de aur agar chahe to roke rakhe.
حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرٍ قَالَ : نا ابْنُ عُلَيَّةَ ، عَنْ يُونُسَ ، عَنِ الْحَسَنِ ، أَنَّهُ كَانَ يَقُولُ : « إِذَا نَكَحَ الْعَبْدُ بِإِذْنِ سَيِّدِهِ ، فَإِنَّ الطَّلَاقَ بِيَدِ الْعَبْدِ ، إِنْ شَاءَ طَلَّقَ ، وَإِنْ شَاءَ أَمْسَكَ »
