١٤-
كِتَابُ الطَّلَاقِ Concerning the man who permits his slave to marry, who said: The divorce is in the hands of the slave.
فِي الرَّجُلِ يَأْذَنُ لِعَبْدِهِ فِي النِّكَاحِ، مَنْ قَالَ: الطَّلَاقُ بِيَدِ الْعَبْدِ

Hazrat Saeed bin Musayyab (may Allah be pleased with him) and Hazrat Hassan (may Allah be pleased with him) state that if a slave marries with the permission of his master, then the right of divorce will rest with the slave.
حضرت سعید بن مسیب (رض) اور حضرت حسن (رض) فرماتے ہیں کہ جب غلام نے اپنے آقا کی اجازت سے شادی کی تو طلاق کا حق غلام کو ہوگا۔
Hazrat Saeed bin Musaib (RA) aur Hazrat Hassan (RA) farmate hain keh jab ghulam ne apne aaqa ki ijazat se shadi ki to talaq ka haq ghulam ko hoga.
حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرٍ قَالَ : نا عَبْدَةُ بْنُ سُلَيْمَانَ ، عَنْ سَعِيدٍ ، عَنْ قَتَادَةَ ، عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ الْمُسَيِّبِ ، وَالْحَسَنِ ، قَالَا : « إِذَا تَزَوَّجَ الْعَبْدُ بِإِذْنِ سَيِّدِهِ فَالطَّلَاقُ بِيَدِ الْعَبْدِ »
