كِتَابُ الطَّلَاقِ Who said: If the slave marries without the master's permission, the divorce is in the master's hands.
مَنْ قَالَ: إِذَا تَزَوَّجَ الْعَبْدُ بِغَيْرِ إِذْنِ السَّيِّدِ فَالطَّلَاقُ بِيَدِ السَّيِّدِ

Hazrat Amir (may Allah be pleased with him) said that if a slave marries without the permission of his master, the master has the right to annul the marriage.
حضرت عامر (رض) فرماتے ہیں کہ اگر غلام نے آقا کی اجازت کے بغیر شادی کی تو طلاق کا حق آقا کو ہوگا۔
Hazrat Aamir (RA) farmate hain keh agar ghulam ne aqa ki ijazat ke baghair shadi ki to talaq ka haq aqa ko hoga.
حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرٍ قَالَ : نا ابْنُ فُضَيْلٍ ، عَنْ حُصَيْنٍ ، عَنْ عَامِرٍ قَالَ : « إِذَا تَزَوَّجَ الْعَبْدُ بِغَيْرِ إِذْنِ سَيِّدِهِ ، فَالطَّلَاقُ بِيَدِ سَيِّدِهِ »
