١٤-
كِتَابُ الطَّلَاقِ Who said: If the slave marries without the master's permission, the divorce is in the master's hands.
مَنْ قَالَ: إِذَا تَزَوَّجَ الْعَبْدُ بِغَيْرِ إِذْنِ السَّيِّدِ فَالطَّلَاقُ بِيَدِ السَّيِّدِ

Hazrat Ibrahim (R.A) said that if a slave marries without the permission of his master, the master has the right to annul the marriage if he wishes, or to remain silent.
حضرت ابراہیم (رض) فرماتے ہیں کہ اگر غلام نے آقا کی اجازت کے بغیر شادی کی تو آقا اگر چاہے تو نکاح کو ختم کردے اور اگر چاہے تو خاموش رہے۔
Hazrat Ibrahim (RA) farmate hain keh agar ghulam ne aqa ki ijazat ke baghair shadi ki to aqa agar chahe to nikah ko khatam karde aur agar chahe to khamosh rahe.
حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرٍ قَالَ : نا يَحْيَى بْنُ آدَمَ ، قَالَ : نا إِسْرَائِيلُ ، عَنْ مَنْصُورٍ ، عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ ، فِي الْعَبْدِ يَتَزَوَّجُ بِغَيْرِ إِذْنِ سَيِّدِهِ قَالَ : « إِنْ شَاءَ السَّيِّدُ أَبْطَلَ ذَلِكَ ، وَإِنْ شَاءَ سَكَتَ »
