كِتَابُ الطَّلَاقِ What they said about it if he converts while she is in her waiting period, who said: He has more right to her.
مَا قَالُوا: فِيهِ إِذَا أَسْلَمَ وَهِيَ فِي عِدَّتِهَا؟، مَنْ قَالَ: هُوَ أَحَقُّ بِهَا

Hazrat Ata' (may Allah be pleased with him) said that if the husband of a newly converted woman accepts Islam during her waiting period ('iddah), then she will remain his wife.
حضرت عطائ (رض) فرماتے ہیں کہ اگر نومسلم عورت کا خاوند اس کی عدت میں اسلام قبول کرلے تو وہ اسی کی بیوی رہے گی۔
Hazrat Ata (RA) farmate hain keh agar nomuslim aurat ka khaavand uski iddat mein islam qubool karle to woh usi ki biwi rahe gi.
حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرٍ قَالَ : نا عَبَّادُ بْنُ الْعَوَّامِ ، عَنْ حَجَّاجٍ ، عَنْ عَطَاءٍ قَالَ : « إِذَا أَسْلَمَ وَهِيَ فِي الْعِدَّةِ فَهِيَ امْرَأَتُهُ »
