كِتَابُ الطَّلَاقِ

What they said about the slave woman who is given the choice and chooses herself.

‌مَا قَالُوا: فِي الْأَمَةِ تُخَيَّرُ فَتَخْتَارُ نَفْسَهَا

Hazrat Hassan (R.A) said that this divorce is final.

حضرت حسن (رض) فرماتے ہیں کہ یہ طلاق بائن ہے۔

Hazrat Hassan (RA) farmate hain keh yeh talaq bain hai.

حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرٍ قَالَ : نا هُشَيْمٌ ، عَنْ يُونُسَ ، عَنِ الْحَسَنِ قَالَ : « هِيَ تَطْلِيقَةٌ »
