١٤-
كِتَابُ الطَّلَاقِ What they said about the slave woman who is given the choice and chooses herself.
مَا قَالُوا: فِي الْأَمَةِ تُخَيَّرُ فَتَخْتَارُ نَفْسَهَا
Musannaf Ibn Abi Shaybah 18351
The Prophet Muhammad (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said that if he has given his soul the right to choose, then this divorce is final.
حضرت محمد (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) فرماتے ہیں کہ اگر اس نے اپنے نفس کو اختیار کرلیا تو یہ طلاق بائن ہے۔
Hazrat Muhammad (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) farmate hain keh agar us ne apne nafs ko ikhtiyar karliya to yeh talaq bain hai.
حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرٍ قَالَ : نا عَبْدُ الْأَعْلَى ، عَنْ هِشَامٍ ، عَنْ مُحَمَّدٍ قَالَ : « إِذَا اخْتَارَتْ نَفْسَهَا فَهِيَ تَطْلِيقَةٌ بَائِنٌ »
