كِتَابُ الطَّلَاقِ
Who said: She is under a new divorce?
مَنْ قَالَ: هِيَ عِنْدَهُ عَلَى طَلَاقٍ جَدِيدٍ

Hazrat Ibrahim (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates that the students of Hazrat Abdullah (may Allah be pleased with him) used to ask that if three divorces can give the right to a new marriage, then why can't one or two?
حضرت ابراہیم (رض) فرماتے ہیں کہ حضرت عبداللہ (رض) کے شاگرد فرمایا کرتے تھے کہ تین طلاقیں نئی طلاق کا حق دلوا سکتی ہیں تو ایک اور دو طلاقیں کیوں نہیں دلوا سکتیں ؟
Hazrat Ibrahim (RA) farmate hain ke Hazrat Abdullah (RA) ke shagird farmaya karte the ke teen talaqain nai talaq ka haq dilwa sakti hain to ek aur do talaqain kyun nahi dilwa saktin?
حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرٍ قَالَ : نا أَبُو مُعَاوِيَةَ ، عَنِ الْأَعْمَشِ ، عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ قَالَ : " كَانَ أَصْحَابُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ يَقُولُونَ : يَهْدِمُ الثَّلَاثَ ، وَلَا يَهْدِمُ الْوَاحِدَةَ وَالثِّنْتَيْنِ "
