What is said about the removed woman, does her husband have the right to take her back?

‌مَا قَالُوا: فِي الْمُخْتَلِعَةِ، أَلِزَوْجِهَا أَنْ يُرَاجِعَهَا

Musannaf Ibn Abi Shaybah 18511

Hazrat Hassan (R.A) states that if the husband of a woman who has sought Khula wants to reconcile with her, he should send a new marriage proposal with a new Mahr.

حضرت حسن (رض) فرماتے ہیں کہ خلع یافتہ عورت کا خاوند اگر اس سے رجوع کرنا چاہے تو نئے مہر کے ساتھ پیام نکاح بھجوائے گا۔

Hazrat Hassan (RA) farmate hain keh khula yaafta aurat ka khaavand agar us se rujoo karna chahe to naye mehr ke sath payam nikah bhejwaye ga.

حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرٍ قَالَ : نا إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ صَدَقَةَ ، عَنْ يُونُسَ ، عَنِ الْحَسَنِ ، فِي الْمُخْتَلِعَةِ إِذَا أَرَادَ زَوْجُهَا مُرَاجَعَتَهَا قَالَ : « يَخْطِبُهَا بِمَهْرٍ جَدِيدٍ »
