كِتَابُ الطَّلَاقِ Who said: If he swears for less than four months, he is still considered to be abstaining?
مَنْ قَالَ: إِذَا حَلَفَ عَلَى دُونِ الْأَرْبَعَةِ فَهُوَ مُولٍ

Hazrat Hukam (may Allah be pleased with him) said that if a man swears an oath that he will not go near his wife for a month, then he is making ila.
حضرت حکم (رض) فرماتے ہیں کہ اگر کسی آدمی نے قسم کھائی کہ وہ ایک ماہ تک اپنی بیوی کے قریب نہیں جائے گا تو وہ ایلاء کرنے والا ہے۔
Hazrat Hukm (RA) farmate hain keh agar kisi aadmi ne qasam khai keh woh aik mah tak apni biwi ke qareeb nahi jaye ga to woh ila karne wala hai.
حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرٍ قَالَ : نا زَيْدُ بْنُ الْحُبَابِ ، عَنْ حَمَّادِ بْنِ سَلَمَةَ ، عَنْ حَجَّاجٍ ، عَنِ الْحَكَمِ ، فِي الرَّجُلِ يَحْلِفُ أَنْ لَا يَقْرَبَ امْرَأَتَهُ شَهْرًا ، قَالَ : « هُوَ مُولٍ »
