كِتَابُ الطَّلَاقِ What did they say about a woman who has a husband and has children from another man, some of her children die. Who said: Her husband cannot approach her until she menstruates.
مَا قَالُوا فِي الْمَرْأَةِ يَكُونُ لَهَا زَوْجٌ وَلَهَا وَلَدٌ مِنْ غَيْرِهِ، فَيَمُوتُ بَعْضُ وَلَدِهَا، مَنْ قَالَ: لَا يَأْتِيهَا زَوْجُهَا حَتَّى تَحِيضَ

Hazrat Abraham (R.A.) and Hazrat Ammarah (R.A.) said that one should not go near her until it becomes clear whether she is pregnant or not.
حضرت ابراہیم (رض) اور حضرت عمارہ (رض) فرماتے ہیں کہ وہ اس وقت تک اس کے قریب نہ جائے جب تک حمل کا ہونا اور نہ ہونا ظاہر نہ ہوجائے۔
Hazrat Ibrahim (RA) aur Hazrat Ammarah (RA) farmate hain ke woh us waqt tak uske qareeb na jaye jab tak hamil ka hona aur na hona zahir na hojaye.
حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرٍ قَالَ : نا ابْنُ إِدْرِيسَ ، عَنِ الْأَعْمَشِ ، عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ ، وَعُمَارَةَ ، قَالَا : « لَا يَقْرَبُهَا حَتَّى يَتَبَيَّنَ حَمْلٌ أَمْ لَا »
