كِتَابُ الطَّلَاقِ
In the case of a deceased woman's husband, who said: She observes her waiting period in her house.
فِي الْمُتَوَفَّى عَنْهَا، مَنْ قَالَ: تَعْتَدُّ فِي بَيْتِهَا

Hazrat Aliqa (ra) narrates that the husbands of some women of the Ansar were martyred, so the Prophet (pbuh) ordered them to gather during the day and spend the night in their homes.
حضرت علقمہ (رض) فرماتے ہیں کہ ہمدان کی کچھ عورتوں کے خاوندقتل کردیئے گئے تو حضرت عبداللہ (رض) نے انھیں حکم دیا کہ وہ دن کو جمع ہوجایا کریں اور رات اپنے گھروں میں گزارا کریں۔
Hazrat Alqama (Razi Allahu Anhu) farmate hain ki Hamdan ki kuchh auraton ke khawind qatl kar diye gaye to Hazrat Abdullah (Razi Allahu Anhu) ne unhen hukum diya ki woh din ko jama ho jaya karen aur raat apne gharon mein guzara karen.
حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرٍ قَالَ : نا ابْنُ عُيَيْنَةَ ، عَنْ مَنْصُورٍ ، عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ ، عَنْ عَلْقَمَةَ ، أَنَّ نِسْوَةً مِنْ هَمْدَانَ قُتِلَ عَنْهُنَّ أَزْوَاجُهُنَّ ، فَقَالَ عَبْدُ اللَّهِ : « يَجْتَمِعْنَ بِالنَّهَارِ ، وَيَبِتْنَ فِي بُيُوتِهِنَّ »
