كِتَابُ الطَّلَاقِ Who said: The thrice-divorced woman is like the widow in terms of beautification.
مَنْ قَالَ: الْمُطَلَّقَةُ ثَلَاثَةً بِمَنْزِلَةِ الْمُتَوَفَّى عَنْهَا فِي الزِّينَةِ

Hazrat Saeed bin Mussib (R.A) said that a woman who has been divorced three times and a woman whose husband has passed away, both have the same ruling regarding adornment.
حضرت سعید بن مسیب (رض) فرماتے ہیں کہ تین طلاق یافتہ عورت اور وہ جس کا خاوند فوت ہوگیا ہو زینت کے معاملے میں دونوں کا ایک حکم ہے۔
Hazrat Saeed bin Musayyab (RA) farmate hain keh teen talaq yafta aurat aur woh jiska khaavand foot hogaya ho zeenat ke mamle mein dono ka aik hukum hai.
حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرٍ قَالَ : نا وَكِيعٌ ، عَنْ سُفْيَانَ ، عَنْ عَبْدِ الْعَزِيزِ ، عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ الْمُسَيِّبِ قَالَ : « الْمُطَلَّقَةُ ثَلَاثًا ، وَالْمُتَوَفَّى عَنْهَا سَوَاءٌ فِي الزِّينَةِ »
