١٤-
كِتَابُ الطَّلَاقِ In the case of a deceased woman's husband and she is pregnant. Who said: She is provided for from her share.
فِي الْمُتَوَفَّى عَنْهَا زَوْجُهَا وَهِيَ حَامِلٌ مَنْ قَالَ: يُنْفَقُ عَلَيْهَا مِنْ نَصِيبِهَا

Hazrat Makhool (may Allah have mercy on him) said that if the husband of a pregnant woman dies, then (the expenses of her pregnancy and childbirth) will be paid from his share of inheritance.
حضرت مکحول (رض) فرماتے ہیں کہ اگر کسی حاملہ کا خاوند فوت ہوجائے تو اس پر اس کے وراثتی حصے میں سے خرچ کیا جائے گا۔
Hazrat Makhool (RA) farmate hain keh agar kisi hamil ka khaavand foot ho jaye to us par us ke wirasati hisse mein se kharch kiya jaye ga.
حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرٍ قَالَ : نا الثَّقَفِيُّ ، عَنْ بُرْدٍ ، عَنْ مَكْحُولٍ قَالَ : « نَفَقَتُهَا مِنْ نَصِيبِهَا »
