كِتَابُ الطَّلَاقِ What did they say about the mother of the child, her husband dies and she is pregnant, from where is she provided for?
مَا قَالُوا فِي أُمِّ الْوَلَدِ، يَمُوتُ عَنْهَا وَهِيَ حَامِلٌ، مِنْ أَيْنَ يُنْفَقُ عَلَيْهَا

Hazrat Mak'hul (may Allah be pleased with him) said that if the master of a pregnant slave woman dies, then her expenses will be paid for from the share of the child in her womb.
حضرت مکحول (رض) فرماتے ہیں کہ اگر ام ولد کا آقا فوت ہوجائے تو اس کا نفقہ اس کے حصے میں سے ہوگا جو اس کے پیٹ میں ہے۔
Hazrat Makhool (RA) farmate hain keh agar umme walad ka aqa foot hojaye to uska nafaqa uske hisse mein se hoga jo uske pet mein hai.
حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرٍ قَالَ : نا عَبْدُ الْوَهَّابِ الثَّقَفِيُّ ، عَنْ بُرْدٍ ، عَنْ مَكْحُولٍ قَالَ : « إِذَا كَانَتْ أُمُّ وَلَدٍ فَتُوُفِّيَ عَنْهَا سَيِّدُهَا فَنَفَقَتُهَا مِنْ نَصِيبِ الَّذِي فِي بَطْنِهَا »
