كِتَابُ الصَّيْدِ If he shoots prey and it falls into the water
إِذَا رَمَى صَيْدًا فَوَقَعَ فِي الْمَاءِ

Hazrat Mikhool (RA) said that do not eat the animal if it falls into the water (after being shot/hunted), and do not eat the animal if it falls from the mountain (after being shot/hunted).
حضرت مکحول فرماتے ہیں کہ جب شکار پانی میں گرجائے تو اسے مت کھاؤ اور جب پہاڑ سے گرجائے تو بھی اسے مت کھاؤ۔
Hazrat Makhool farmate hain ke jab shikar pani mein gir jaye to use mat khao aur jab pahar se gir jaye to bhi use mat khao.
حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرٍ قَالَ : نا أَبُو دَاوُدَ ، عَنْ زَمْعَةَ ، عَنِ ابْنِ طَاوُسٍ ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ قَالَ : « إِذَا رَمَيْتُ الصَّيْدَ فَوَقَعَ فِي مَاءٍ فَلَا تَأْكُلْ ، وَإِنْ تَرَدَّى مِنْ جَبَلٍ فَلَا تَأْكُلْ »
