كِتَابُ الْبُيُوعِ وَالْأَقْضِيَةِ
A man gives another man a garment and says: Sell it, and whatever extra you get is yours
فِي الرَّجُلِ يَدْفَعُ إِلَى الرَّجُلِ الثَّوْبَ فَيَقُولُ: بِعْهُ فَمَا ازْدَدْتَ فَلَكَ
Musannaf Ibn Abi Shaybah 20402
His Excellency said that if a man gives another man a garment and tells him to sell it for such and such a price, and if he sells it for more, then it will be divided between the two of them, then there is no harm in it.
حضرت حکم فرماتے ہیں کہ اگر ایک آدمی دوسرے کو ایک کپڑا دے اور اس سے کہے کہ اسے اتنے اتنے میں بیچ دو اور اگر اس سے زیادہ بیچو تو وہ ہم دونوں کے درمیان تقسیم ہوگا تو اس میں کوئی حرج نہیں۔
Hazrat Hukam Farmaatay Hain Ke Agar Aik Aadmi Dusray Ko Aik Kapra Day Aur Iss Se Kahay Ke Isay Itnay Itnay Mein Bech Do Aur Agar Iss Se Zyada Becho To Woh Hum Donon Ke Darmiyan Taqseem Hoga To Iss Mein Koi Harj Nahi.
حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرٍ قَالَ : نَا حُمَيْدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ ، عَنْ حَسَنِ بْنِ صَالِحٍ ، عَنْ رَجُلٍ ، عَنِ الْحَكَمِ ، فِي الرَّجُلِ يُعْطِي الرَّجُلَ الثَّوْبَ فَيَقُولُ « بِعْهُ بِكَذَا وَكَذَا ، فَمَا زَادَ فَهُوَ بَيْنِي وَبَيْنَكَ » قَالَ : « لَا بَأْسَ بِهِ »
