فِي الْأَجِيرِ يُضَمَّنُ أَمْ لَا

Prophet Muhammad used to make the employer responsible for the wages only in case of loss.
حضرت محمد صرف نقصان کی صورت میں اجیر کو ضامن قرار دیتے تھے۔
Hazrat Muhammad sirf nuqsan ki soorat mein ajeer ko zamin qarar dete thay.
حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرٍ قَالَ : حَدَّثَنَا أَزْهَرُ السَّمَّانُ ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَوْنٍ ، عَنْ مُحَمَّدٍ : « أَنَّهُ كَانَ لَا يُضَمِّنُ الْأَجِيرَ ، إِلَّا مِنْ تَضْيِيعٍ »
