Musannaf Ibn Abi Shaybah 20512
It is narrated from Hazrat Shabi that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) forbade the sale of a thing that is not present.
حضرت شعبی سے روایت ہے کہ رسول اللہ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نے غیر موجود چیز کی بیع سے منع فرمایا ہے۔
Hazrat Shubi se riwayat hai ke Rasul Allah (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) ne ghair maujood cheez ki bai se mana farmaya hai.
حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرٍ ، قَالَ : حَدَّثَنَا وَكِيعٌ ، قَالَ : حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ أَبِي لَيْلَى ، عَنِ الشَّعْبِيِّ ، قَالَ : « نَهَى رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ عَنْ بَيْعِ الْغَرَرِ »
