كِتَابُ الْبُيُوعِ وَالْأَقْضِيَةِ On the child of a slave woman, who said: He is like her
فِي وَلَدِ أُمِّ الْوَلَدِ، مَنْ قَالَ: هُوَ بِمَنْزِلَتِهَا

Hazrat Hammad said that the ruling for the children of Umme Walad will be the same as their mother.
حضرت حماد فرماتے ہیں کہ ام ولد کے بچوں کو حکم ان کی ماں والا ہوگا۔
Hazrat Hammad farmate hain ke Umm Walad ke bachchon ko hukm un ki maan wala hoga.
حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرٍ قَالَ : حَدَّثَنَا جَرِيرٌ ، عَنْ مُغِيرَةَ ، عَنْ حَمَّادٍ ، قَالَ : « وَلَدُهَا بِمَنْزِلَتِهَا »
