كِتَابُ الْبُيُوعِ وَالْأَقْضِيَةِ On the child of a slave with a contract of emancipation, who said: They are like her
فِي وَلَدِ الْمُدَبَّرَةِ، مَنْ قَالَ: هُمْ بِمَنْزِلَتِهَا

Hazrat Saeed bin Musayyab said that the ruling regarding the children of a woman who was owned as a slave and then freed is the same as that of their mother.
حضرت سعید بن مسیب فرماتے ہیں کہ مدبرہ باندی کی اولاد کا حکم بھی ان کی ماں والا ہے۔
Hazrat Saeed bin Musayyab farmate hain keh mudabbar bandi ki aulad ka hukum bhi un ki maan wala hai.
حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرٍ قَالَ : حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو مُعَاوِيَةَ ، عَنْ يَحْيَى بْنِ سَعِيدٍ ، عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ الْمُسَيِّبِ ، قَالَ : « وَلَدُ الدَّبْرَةِ بِمَنْزِلَتِهَا »
