كِتَابُ الْبُيُوعِ وَالْأَقْضِيَةِ On the child of a slave with a contract of emancipation, who said: They are like her
فِي وَلَدِ الْمُدَبَّرَةِ، مَنْ قَالَ: هُمْ بِمَنْزِلَتِهَا

Hazrat Hassan (may Allah be pleased with him) said: "The ruling of the children of a woman who is owned as a slave is the same as that of their mother. She and they will inherit one-third."
حضرت حسن فرماتے ہیں کہ مدبرہ باندی کی اولاد کا حکم بھی ان کی ماں والا ہے۔ وہ اور ان کی ماں ایک ثلث میں سے ہوں گے۔
Hazrat Hassan farmate hain keh mudabbira bandi ki aulad ka hukum bhi unki maan wala hai. Wo aur unki maan aik suls mein se honge.
حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرٍ قَالَ : حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ عُلَيَّةَ ، عَنْ يُونُسَ ، عَنِ الْحَسَنِ ، قَالَ : كَانَ يَقُولُ : « وَلَدُ الْمُعْتَقَةِ عَنْ دَبْرٍ بِمَنْزِلَتِهَا ، هُمْ وَأُمُّهُمْ مِنَ الثُّلُثِ »
