كِتَابُ الْبُيُوعِ وَالْأَقْضِيَةِ On the child of a slave with a contract of emancipation, who said: They are like her
فِي وَلَدِ الْمُدَبَّرَةِ، مَنْ قَالَ: هُمْ بِمَنْزِلَتِهَا

Hazrat Shabi states that the ruling regarding the children of a female slave who is owned by someone else is the same as the ruling regarding their mother.
حضرت شعبی فرماتے ہیں کہ مدبرہ باندی کی اولاد کا حکم بھی ان کی ماں والا ہے۔
Hazrat Shabi farmate hain keh mudabbar bandi ki aulad ka hukum bhi un ki maan wala hai.
حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرٍ قَالَ : حَدَّثَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ مُسْهِرٍ ، وَابْنُ أَبِي زَائِدَةَ ، عَنِ الشَّعْبِيِّ ، قَالَ : « وَلَدُهَا بِمَنْزِلَتِهَا »
