كِتَابُ الْبُيُوعِ وَالْأَقْضِيَةِ On the child of a slave with a contract of emancipation, who said: They are like her
فِي وَلَدِ الْمُدَبَّرَةِ، مَنْ قَالَ: هُمْ بِمَنْزِلَتِهَا

Hazrat Zahri said that the ruling regarding the children of a Mudabbar slave woman is the same as that of their mother.
حضرت زہری فرماتے ہیں کہ مدبرہ باندی کی اولاد کا حکم بھی ان کی ماں والا ہے۔
Hazrat Zahri farmate hain keh mudabbira bandi ki aulad ka hukum bhi un ki maan wala hai.
حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرٍ قَالَ : حَدَّثَنَا غُنْدَرٌ ، عَنْ مَعْمَرٍ ، عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ ، قَالَ : « وَلَدُ الْمُدَبَّرَةِ بِمَنْزِلَةِ أُمِّهِمْ »
