كِتَابُ الْبُيُوعِ وَالْأَقْضِيَةِ On the child of a slave with a contract of emancipation, who said: They are like her
فِي وَلَدِ الْمُدَبَّرَةِ، مَنْ قَالَ: هُمْ بِمَنْزِلَتِهَا

Hazrat Shabi states that the ruling regarding the children of a woman slave is the same as that of their mother. They will remain enslaved until their mother is enslaved and will become free upon her freedom.
حضرت شعبی فرماتے ہیں کہ مدبرہ باندی کی اولاد کا حکم بھی ان کی ماں والا ہے، اس کی غلامی تک غلام اور اس کی آزادی پر آزاد ہوجائیں گے۔
Hazrat Shubi farmate hain ke mudabbira bandi ki aulad ka hukum bhi un ki maan wala hai, us ki ghulami tak ghulam aur us ki aazadi par aazaad hojain ge.
