Musannaf Ibn Abi Shaybah 20892
Abu Huraira reported that the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace, said: "A person who is present should not sell on behalf of one who is absent."
حضرت ابوہریرہ (رض) سے مروی ہے کہ حضور اقدس (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نے ارشاد فرمایا : شہری کی بیع دیہاتی کے لیے جائز نہیں ہے۔
Hazrat Abu Huraira (RA) se marvi hai keh Huzoor Aqdas (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) ne irshad farmaya: Shehri ki bay dihati ke liye jaiz nahi hai.
حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرٍ قَالَ : حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ عُيَيْنَةَ ، عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ ، عَنْ سَعِيدٍ ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ ، يَبْلُغُ بِهِ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ قَالَ : « لَا يَبِيعُ حَاضِرٌ لِبَادٍ »
