كِتَابُ الْبُيُوعِ وَالْأَقْضِيَةِ The speculator if he violates (the agreement) and makes a profit
الْمُضَارِبُ إِذَا خَالَفَ فَرَبِحَ

Hazrat Abu Qilaba said that if the Mudarab (working partner) acts against the terms of the Mudaraba (profit-sharing) contract, he will be held liable and the profit will go to Rabb-ul-Maal (investor).
حضرت ابو قلابہ فرماتے ہیں کہ اگر مضارب مخالفت کرے تو وہ ضامن ہوگا اور نفع رب المال کو ملے گا۔
Hazrat Abu Qalaba farmate hain keh agar muzarhib mukhalfat kare to woh zamin hoga aur nafa rab ul mal ko mile ga.
حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرٍ قَالَ : حَدَّثَنَا إِسْمَاعِيلُ ابْنُ عُلَيَّةَ ، عَنْ أَيُّوبَ ، عَنْ أَبِي قِلَابَةَ ، قَالَ : « إِذَا خَالَفَ فَهُوَ ضَامِنٌ ، وَالرِّبْحُ لِصَاحِبِ الْمَالِ »
