كِتَابُ الْبُيُوعِ وَالْأَقْضِيَةِ A man gives charity and then it returns to him through inheritance
الرَّجُلُ يَتَصَدَّقُ بِالصَّدَقَةِ، ثُمَّ يَرُدُّهَا إِلَيْهِ الْمِيرَاثُ

Hazrat Ata (may Allah be pleased with him) said that if a person gives something in charity and then receives the same thing back as inheritance, he should include it in the share of another heir.
حضرت عطاء (رض) فرماتے ہیں کہ اگر کوئی شخص صدقہ کرے پھر وہی چیز وراثت میں اس کو واپس مل رہی ہو تو اس کو کسی دوسرے وارث کے حصہ میں ڈال دے۔
Hazrat Ata (RA) farmate hain ke agar koi shakhs sadqa kare phir wohi cheez warasat mein us ko wapas mil rahi ho to us ko kisi dusre waris ke hissa mein daal de.
حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرٍ قَالَ : حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ نُمَيْرٍ ، عَنْ عَبْدِ الْمَلِكِ ، عَنْ عَطَاءٍ فِي الرَّجُلِ يَتَصَدَّقُ بِالصَّدَقَةِ ، ثُمَّ تَرْجِعُ إِلَيْهِ فِي الْمِيرَاثِ ، قَالَ : « يَجْعَلُهَا مِنْ حِصَّةِ غَيْرِهِ »
