فِي شَهَادَةِ الصِّبْيَانِ

Hazrat Ataa (may Allah be pleased with him) said, "The testimony of children is not valid until they reach the age of puberty."
حضرت عطائ (رض) فرماتے ہیں بڑے ہونے سے پہلے بچوں کی گواہی معتبر نہیں ہے۔
Hazrat Ata (RA) farmate hain bade hone se pehle bachchon ki gawahi motabar nahi hai.
حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرٍ قَالَ : حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ أَبِي زَائِدَةَ ، عَنْ عَبْدِ الْمَلِكِ ، عَنْ عَطَاءٍ ، قَالَ : « لَا تَجُوزُ شَهَادَةُ الصِّغَارِ حَتَّى يَكْبُرُوا »
