كِتَابُ الْبُيُوعِ وَالْأَقْضِيَةِ Regarding a man who gives his garment to a weaver.
فِي الرَّجُلِ يَدْفَعُ إِلَى الْحَائِكِ الثَّوْبَ

Hazrat Zahri (may Allah have mercy on him) said that there is no harm in giving one-third of the cloth as wages to the cloth maker.
حضرت زہری (رض) فرماتے ہیں کہ کپڑا بننے والے کو ثلث کپڑا اجرت کے طور پر دینے میں کوئی حرج نہیں ہے۔
Hazrat Zuhri (rz) farmate hain keh kapra banane wale ko sulas kapra ujrat ke tor par dene mein koi harj nahi hai.
حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرٍ قَالَ : حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الْأَعْلَى ، عَنْ مَعْمَرٍ ، عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ ، قَالَ : « لَا بَأْسَ أَنْ يَدْفَعَهُ إِلَيْهِ بِالثُّلُثِ »
