كِتَابُ الْبُيُوعِ وَالْأَقْضِيَةِ Regarding the sale of fruits, when can they be sold?
فِي بَيْعِ الثَّمَرَةِ مَتَى تُبَاعُ
Musannaf Ibn Abi Shaybah 21822
Hazrat Umar bin Abdul Aziz (R.A) wrote to the workers that fruits should not be sold before they ripen.
حضرت عمر بن عبد العزیز (رض) نے عمّال کو تحریر فرمایا کہ بُدُوِّ صلاح سے قبل پھلوں کی بیع نہ کی جائے۔
Hazrat Umar bin Abdul Aziz (RA) ne ummal ko tahrir farmaya keh budo salah se qabal phalon ki bay nah ki jaye.
حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرٍ قَالَ : حَدَّثَنَا كَثِيرُ بْنُ هِشَامٍ ، عَنْ جَعْفَرِ بْنِ بُرْقَانَ ، قَالَ : كَتَبَ عُمَرُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْعَزِيزِ أَنْ « لَا تُبَاعَ الثَّمَرَةُ حَتَّى يَبْدُوَ صَلَاحُهَا »
