كِتَابُ الْبُيُوعِ وَالْأَقْضِيَةِ Who says: 'The foundling is free.'
مَنْ قَالَ: اللَّقِيطُ حُرٌّ

Hazrat Amir (R.A.) said that if a lost child is found somewhere, he should not be made a slave.
حضرت عامر (رض) فرماتے ہیں کہ کہیں گرا ہوا بچہ ملے تو اس کو غلام نہیں بنایا جائے گا۔
Hazrat Aamir (RA) farmate hain ke kahin gira hua bachcha mile to us ko ghulam nahin banaya jaye ga.
حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرٍ قَالَ : حَدَّثَنَا وَكِيعٌ ، قَالَ : حَدَّثَنَا زَكَرِيَّا ، عَنْ عَامِرٍ ، قَالَ : « اللَّقِيطُ لَا يُسْتَرَقُّ »
