كِتَابُ الْبُيُوعِ وَالْأَقْضِيَةِ Regarding the description of goods in a sale.
فِي الْمُوَاصَفَةِ فِي الْبَيْعِ
Musannaf Ibn Abi Shaybah 21904
Hazrat Saeed bin Al-Musayyab (may Allah be pleased with him) disliked that a person describes the qualities of goods and sells them when he does not possess them.
حضرت سعید بن المسیب (رض) اس کو ناپسند فرماتے تھے کہ آدمی سامان کا وصف بیان کر کے اس کو فروخت کرے جو اس کے پاس نہیں ہے۔
Hazrat Saeed bin al-Musayyab (RA) is ko napasand farmate thy k admi saman ka wasf bayan kar k is ko farokht kare jo is k pass nahi hai.
حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرٍ قَالَ : حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ مُبَارَكٍ ، عَنْ مَعْمَرٍ ، عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ ، عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ الْمُسَيِّبِ ، أَنَّهُ « كَرِهَ أَنْ يُوَاصِفَ الرَّجُلُ ، بِالسِّلْعَةِ لَيْسَ عِنْدَهُ »
