Musannaf Ibn Abi Shaybah 22006
Hazrat Amir narrates that I read in the letter of the people of Najran, in which it was written, "If you people take interest, then there will be no peace between us and you, and the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) did not make peace with the people who deal in interest."
حضرت عامر فرماتے ہیں کہ میں نے اہل نجران کے مکتوب میں پڑھا اس میں لکھا تھا، اگر تم لوگ سود کھاؤ گے تو تمہارے اور ہمارے درمیان کوئی صلح نہیں ، اور آنحضرت (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) سود خوروں کے ساتھ صلح نہیں فرماتے تھے۔
Hazrat Aamir farmate hain keh maine ahle najran ke maktoob mein parha is mein likha tha, agar tum log sood khaoge to tumhare aur humare darmiyan koi sulh nahi, aur Aanhazrat (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) sood khoron ke sath sulh nahi farmate thay.
حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرٍ قَالَ : حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ أَبِي زَائِدَةَ ، عَنْ أَبِي هَانِئٍ ، عَنْ عَامِرٍ ، قَالَ : قَرَأْتُ كِتَابَ أَهْلِ نَجْرَانَ فَوَجَدْتُ فِيهِ : « إِنْ أَكَلْتُمُ الرِّبَا فَلَا صُلْحَ بَيْنَنَا وَبَيْنَكُمْ » وَكَانَ النَّبِيُّ ﷺ لَا يُصَالِحُ مَنْ يَأْكُلُ الرِّبَا "
