كِتَابُ الْبُيُوعِ وَالْأَقْضِيَةِ The sale of fish in water and the sale of marshlands.
بَيْعُ السَّمَكِ فِي الْمَاءِ وَبَيْعُ الْآجَامِ

Hazrat Ibrahim (Abraham) considered the net-selling of fish undesirable (selling the fish before casting the net, by saying that I will sell however many fish are caught in it).
حضرت ابراہیم جال پھینک کر بیع کو ناپسند سمجھتے تھے۔ ( جال پھینکنے سے پہلے ہی یہ کہہ کر بیع کرنا کہ اس میں جتنی مچھلیاں آئیں ان کی بیع کرتا ہوں) ۔
Hazrat Ibrahim jaal phenk kar bay ko napasand samajhte thay. (jaal phenkne se pehle hi yeh keh kar bay karna ke is mein jitni machhliyan aayen in ki bay karta hun).
حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرٍ قَالَ : حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرٍ يَعْنِي ابْنَ عَيَّاشٍ ، عَنْ مُغِيرَةَ ، عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ ، « أَنَّهُ كَرِهَ ضَرْبَةَ الْبَانَةِ »
