كِتَابُ الْبُيُوعِ وَالْأَقْضِيَةِ The sale of fish in water and the sale of marshlands.
بَيْعُ السَّمَكِ فِي الْمَاءِ وَبَيْعُ الْآجَامِ

Hazrat Umar bin Abdul Aziz had allowed the selling of shrubs.
حضرت عمر بن عبد العزیز نے جھاڑیوں کی فروخت کی اجازت ( رخصت) دی تھی۔
Hazrat Umar bin Abdul Aziz ne jhadiyon ki farokht ki ijazat (rukhsat) di thi.
حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرٍ قَالَ : حَدَّثَنَا وَكِيعٌ ، قَالَ : حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ ، عَنْ حَمَّادٍ ، أَنَّ عُمَرَ بْنَ عَبْدِ الْعَزِيزِ : رَخَّصَ فِي الْآجَامِ "
