Musannaf Ibn Abi Shaybah 22060
The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said, 'Whoever knows that this is stolen property and still buys it, then he is a partner in its theft and sin.'
حضور اقدس (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) کا ارشاد ہے ، جس شخص کو معلوم ہو کہ یہ چوری کا مال ہے پھر بھی اس کو خرید لے تو وہ اس کی چوری اور گناہ میں شریک ہے۔
Huzoor Aqdas (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) ka irshad hai, jis shakhs ko maloom ho ke yeh chori ka maal hai phir bhi usko kharid le to woh uski chori aur gunah mein shareek hai.
حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرٍ قَالَ : حَدَّثَنَا وَكِيعٌ ، قَالَ : حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ ، عَنْ مُصْعَبِ بْنِ مُحَمَّدٍ ، عَنْ رَجُلٍ ، مِنْ أَهْلِ الْمَدِينَةِ قَالَ : قَالَ النَّبِيُّ ﵇ : « مَنِ اشْتَرَى سَرِقَةً وَهُوَ يَعْلَمُ أَنَّهَا سَرِقَةٌ فَقَدْ شَرَكَ فِي عَارِهَا وَإِثْمِهَا »
