كِتَابُ الْبُيُوعِ وَالْأَقْضِيَةِ

The briber and the one accepting the bribe.

‌الرَّاشِي وَالْمُرْتَشِي

Musannaf Ibn Abi Shaybah 22093

Hazrat Shuraih (R.A.) said: "Cursed are the one who gives a bribe, the one who takes a bribe, and the one who intercedes between them."

حضرت شریح (رض) فرماتے ہیں رشوت دینے والا، رشوت لینے والا، اور قاضی کو رشوت دینے والے پر ( لعنت ہوئی ہے) ۔

Hazrat Shuraih (RA) farmate hain rishwat dene wala, rishwat lene wala, aur qazi ko rishwat dene wale par (laanat hui hai).

حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرٍ قَالَ : حَدَّثَنَا وَكِيعٌ ، قَالَ : حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ ، عَنْ أَبِي حُصَيْنٍ ، عَنْ شُرَيْحٍ ، قَالَ : « الرَّاشِي ، وَالْمُرْتَشِي ، وَالْمُغْتَرُّ ». قَالَ وَكِيعٌ : " يَعْنِي الْمُغْتَرَّ الَّذِي يَقُولُ : أَرْتَشِي الْقَاضِيَ "
