كِتَابُ الْبُيُوعِ وَالْأَقْضِيَةِ
Regarding the sale of juice.
فِي بَيْعِ الْعَصِيرِ
Musannaf Ibn Abi Shaybah 22135
It is narrated on the authority of Hazrat Hukm that a person had grapes and he used to extract their juice and sell it. You (the Prophet) said: "Sell them as grapes or make juice and sell it. There is no harm in either case."
حضرت حکم سے مروی ہے کہ ایک شخص کے انگور تھے وہ ان کا شیرہ نکال کر فروخت کرتا تھا، آپ نے فرمایا : اس کو انگور ہونے کی حالت میں فروخت کرو یا شیرہ بنا کر دونوں صورتوں میں کوئی حرج نہیں ۔
Hazrat Huqm se marvi hai keh aik shakhs ke angoor thay woh un ka sheera nikal kar farokht karta tha, aap ne farmaya: us ko angoor honay ki halat mein farokht karo ya sheera bana kar dono suraton mein koi harj nahin.
حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرٍ قَالَ : حَدَّثَنَا أَسْبَاطُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ ، عَنْ مُطَرِّفٍ ، عَنِ الْحَكَمِ : « فِي الرَّجُلِ يَكُونُ لَهُ الْكَرْمُ فَيَبِيعُهُ عَصِيرًا أَوْ عِنَبًا ، فَلَا بَأْسَ »
