كِتَابُ الْبُيُوعِ وَالْأَقْضِيَةِ
Regarding the verse: 'And the witnesses should not refuse when they are summoned.'
فِي قَوْلِهِ: ﴿وَلَا يَأْبَ الشُّهَدَاءُ إِذَا مَا دُعُوا﴾ [

Hazrat Saeed bin Jubair (RA) said regarding Allah's statement { وَلاَ یَأْبَ الشُّہَدَائُ إذَا مَا دُعُوا } that it refers to the person who testifies to the testimony of someone and then he is called to verify it.
حضرت سعید بن جبیر (رض) اللہ کے ارشاد { وَلاَ یَأْبَ الشُّہَدَائُ إذَا مَا دُعُوا } کے متعلق فرماتے ہیں کہ یہ وہ شخص ہے جو کسی کی گواہی کی گواہی دے، پھر اس کو اس کے لیے بلایا جائے۔
Hazrat Saeed bin Jubair (RA) Allah ke irshad { wa la ya'abush shuhada'u iza ma du'oo } ke mutalliq farmate hain ki yeh woh shakhs hai jo kisi ki gawahi ki gawahi de, phir usko uske liye bulaya jaye.
حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرٍ قَالَ : حَدَّثَنَا حُمَيْدٌ ، عَنِ الْحَسَنِ ، عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ جُبَيْرٍ ، فِي قَوْلِهِ : ﴿ وَلَا يَأْبَ الشُّهَدَاءُ إِذَا مَا دُعُوا ﴾ [ البقرة : ٢٨٢ ] قَالَ : « هُوَ الرَّجُلُ يَشْهَدُ عَلَى الشَّهَادَةِ ثُمَّ يُدْعَى لَهَا »
