كِتَابُ الْبُيُوعِ وَالْأَقْضِيَةِ
Who said: 'Two sellers do not part except by mutual consent.'
مَنْ قَالَ: لَا يَتَفَرَّقُ بَيِّعَانِ إِلَّا عَنْ تَرَاضٍ

Musannaf Ibn Abi Shaybah 22422
The Holy Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "The sale is with mutual consent, and the option of defect is after the completion of the sale, and it is not lawful for a Muslim to deceive another Muslim."
حضور اقدس (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نے ارشاد فرمایا : بیع رضا مندی کے ساتھ ہے، اور خیار بیع مکمل ہونے کے بعد ہے، اور کسی مسلمان کے لیے حلال نہیں کہ وہ کسی دوسرے مسلمان کو دھوکا دے۔
Huzur Aqdas (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) ne irshad farmaya: Bay' raza mandi ke sath hai, aur khiyar bay' mukammal hone ke baad hai, aur kisi musalman ke liye halal nahi ke woh kisi dusre musalman ko dhoka de.
حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرٍ قَالَ : حَدَّثَنَا وَكِيعٌ ، قَالَ : حَدَّثَنَا قَاسِمُ الْجُعْفِيُّ ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ ، عَنْ مَيْمُونِ بْنِ مِهْرَانَ ، قَالَ : قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ : « الْبَيْعُ عَنْ تَرَاضٍ ، وَالْخِيَارُ بَعْدَ الصَّفْقَةِ ، وَلَا يَحِلُّ لِمُسْلِمٍ أَنْ يَغْبِنَ مُسْلِمًا »
