كِتَابُ الْبُيُوعِ وَالْأَقْضِيَةِ Who ruled in favor of preemption for a neighbor.
مَنْ كَانَ يَقْضِي بِالشُّفْعَةِ لِلْجَارِ
Musannaf Ibn Abi Shaybah 22720
It is narrated on the authority of Hazrat Samurah that the Holy Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: The neighbor of a house has a greater right to it (through the right of pre-emption).
حضرت سمرہ سے مروی ہے کہ آنحضرت (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نے ارشاد فرمایا : گھر کا پڑوسی (شفعہ کے ذریعہ) اس گھر کا زیادہ حق دار ہے۔
Hazrat Samra se marvi hai keh Aap sallallahu alaihi wasallam ne irshad farmaya: Ghar ka padosi (shuf'a ke zariye) us ghar ka zyada haqdaar hai.
حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرٍ قَالَ : حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدَةُ بْنُ سُلَيْمَانَ ، عَنْ سَعِيدٍ ، عَنْ قَتَادَةَ ، عَنِ الْحَسَنِ ، عَنْ سَمُرَةَ ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ ، قَالَ : « جَارُ الدَّارِ أَحَقُّ بِالدَّارِ »
