كِتَابُ الْبُيُوعِ وَالْأَقْضِيَةِ
Who said: 'If the roads and boundaries are defined, there is no preemption.'
مَنْ قَالَ: إِذَا صُرِفَتِ الطرقُ وَالْحُدُودُ فَلَا شُفْعَةَ

Musannaf Ibn Abi Shaybah 22743
It is narrated on the authority of Hazrat Abu Salamah that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) has given the decision of the right of pre-emption for every such person whose share has not been divided, and (when) if the boundaries are separated then the right of pre-emption does not apply.
حضرت ابو سلمہ سے مروی ہے کہ آنحضرت (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نے ہر اس شخص کے لیے شفعہ کا فیصلہ فرمایا جس کا حصہ تقسیم نہ ہوا ہو، اور (جب) اگر حدود الگ الگ ہوجائیں تو شفعہ کا حق حاصل نہیں۔
Hazrat Abu Salma se marvi hai keh Aanhazat (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) ne har us shakhs ke liye shafa ka faisla farmaya jis ka hissa taqseem na hua ho, aur (jab) agar hudood alag alag hojaen to shafa ka haq hasil nahi.
حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرٍ قَالَ : حَدَّثَنَا وَكِيعٌ ، قَالَ : حَدَّثَنَا مَالِكُ بْنُ أَنَسٍ ، عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ ، عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ الْمُسَيِّبِ ، وَأَبِي سَلَمَةَ ، قَالَا : « قَضَى رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ بِالشُّفْعَةِ مَا لَمْ يَقْسِمْ ، فَإِذَا وَقَعَتِ الْحُدُودُ فَلَا شُفْعَةَ »
