١٧-
كِتَابُ الْبُيُوعِ وَالْأَقْضِيَةِ Regarding a man who says to another: 'I’ll guide you to the goods, and you share them with me.'
فِي الرَّجُلِ يَقُولُ لِلرَّجُلِ: أَدُلُّكَ عَلَى الْمَتَاعِ وَتُشْرِكُنِي فِيهِ

Hazrat Shabi (R.A) disliked that a person tells the price of a good to another with the condition that he makes him his partner in it.
حضرت شعبی (رض) اس کو ناپسند کرتے تھے کہ کوئی شخص دوسرے کو اس شرط پر سامان کا بتائے کہ وہ اس کو اس میں شریک کرلے۔
Hazrat Shaabi (Razi Allahu Anhu) is ko napasand karte thay keh koi shakhs doosray ko is shart par saman ka bataye keh woh is ko is mein sharik kar le.
حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرٍ قَالَ : حَدَّثَنَا ابنُ نُمَيْرٍ ، عَنْ سُفْيَانَ ، عَنْ زَكَرِيَّا ، عَنِ الشَّعْبِيِّ : « أَنَّهُ كَانَ يُكْرَهُ أَنْ يَدُلَّ الرَّجُلُ عَلَى الْمَتَاعِ عَلَى أَنْ يُشْرِكَهُ »
