كِتَابُ الْبُيُوعِ وَالْأَقْضِيَةِ
What has been mentioned about compensation.
مَا ذُكِرَ فِي الْمُقَاوَاةِ
Musannaf Ibn Abi Shaybah 23081
Prophet Muhammad (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said that there is no harm in Muqawatah. (Muqawatah means buying goods at a low price and then bidding on them among themselves until the price goes up).
حضرت محمد (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) فرماتے ہیں کہ مقاواۃ میں کوئی حرج نہیں ہے۔ (مقاواۃ کہتے ہیں سستے داموں سامان خرید کر پھر اس کی آپس میں بولی لگانا یہاں تک کہ اس کی قیمت بڑھ جائے) ۔
Hazrat Muhammad (SAW) farmate hain ke muqawwa mein koi harj nahi hai. (Muqawwa kehte hain saste damon saman kharid kar phir us ki aapas mein boli lagana yahan tak ke us ki qeemat barh jaye).
حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرٍ قَالَ : حَدَّثَنَا يَزِيدُ بْنُ هَارُونَ ، قَالَ : حَدَّثَنَا هِشَامٌ ، عَنْ مُحَمَّدٍ : « أَنَّهُ كَانَ لَا يَرَى بَأْسًا بِالْمُقَاوَاةِ »
