كِتَابُ الْبُيُوعِ وَالْأَقْضِيَةِ The shepherd is liable.
الرَّاعِي عَلَيْهِ ضَمَانٌ

Hazrat Hasan says that the shepherd will be responsible, except that the animals die.
حضرت حسن فرماتے ہیں کہ چرواہا ضامن ہوگا مگر یہ کہ جانور مرجائیں۔
Hazrat Hasan farmate hain ke charwaha zaman hoga magar ye ke janwar marjain.
حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرٍ قَالَ : حَدَّثَنَا مُعَاذٌ ، عَنْ أَشْعَثَ ، عَنِ الْحَسَنِ : « أَنَّهُ يُضَمِّنُ الرَّاعِيَ إِلَّا مِنْ مَوْتٍ »
