١٧-
كِتَابُ الْبُيُوعِ وَالْأَقْضِيَةِ Regarding a man who is in debt but is solvent and does not repay it.
فِي الرَّجُلِ يَكُونُ عَلَيْهِ الدَّيْنُ وَهُوَ مُوسِرٌ فَلَا يَقْضِيهِ
Musannaf Ibn Abi Shaybah 23368
Hazrat Ikrama narrates that if someone has been granted wealth by Allah for a specific time period and they do not fulfill their religious obligations despite having the means, then they are doomed.
حضرت عکرمہ فرماتے ہیں کہ کسی شخص پر مقررہ وقت کے لیے دین ہو پھر وہ مال دار ہوجائے اور پھر بھی دین ادا نہ کرے تو وہ ہلاک ہوگیا۔
Hazrat Akarma farmate hain ke kisi shakhs par muqarrara waqt ke liye dain ho phir wo maldar hojaye aur phir bhi dain ada na kare to wo halak hogaya.
حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرٍ قَالَ : حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو أُسَامَةَ ، عَنْ أَبِي مَكِينٍ ، عَنْ عِكْرِمَةَ ، قَالَ : « أَيُّمَا رَجُلٍ كَانَ عَلَيْهِ دَيْنٌ إِلَى أَجَلٍ فَأَيْسَرَ وَلَمْ يَقْضِهِ فَقَدْ هَلَكَ »
